Cao Yang is a minor character in I Shall Seal the Heavens. He is a disciple of the Reliance Sect. He was first introduced when he attempted to steal from Meng Hao's Pill Cultivation Workshop.
Description
A bully by nature, he uses despicable methods to battle and hurt others. He likes throwing his weight around the Outer Sect knowing that his cousin, Lu Gong, will come to his aid should he need it. As such, most of the Outer Sect disciples often hold back their anger against him even when they've been wronged.
History[]
He is first seen in Reliance Sect's West Mountain Low Level Public Zone engaged in a fight with other Outer Sect cultivators with cultivation bases no higher than the third level of Qi Condensation. He was gaily running after a man screaming for help which he mercilessly cut down without much ado.
